I’m currently preparing to send my dog to K9 Resort in Bethlehem, and I have to highlight how incredible my experience has been so far, especially thanks to Vanna. From the very first phone call, she has been nothing short of amazing. Vanna helped me set up my account, walked me through every step of the process, and made booking my dog’s evaluation feel effortless. She answered every question with patience and clarity, and she never made me feel rushed or confused. What stood out most was how genuinely kind and invested she was. She didn’t just “do her job,” she made sure I felt confident and comfortable. She even offered my family multiple opportunities to come in for a tour, making sure we could see the facility firsthand and feel good about where our dog will be staying. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are truly unmatched. It’s rare to find someone who is this knowledgeable and this personable. If you’re considering K9 Resort Bethlehem, ask for Vanna. She is the reason I already feel at ease and excited about bringing my dog here. If you are looking for a super clean daycare and boarding facility, K9 Pet Resort is the place for your pups. The staff is very welcoming and inviting and they always communicate with owners. My dog went there for a daycare evaluation and he came out looking and smelling like he had the best day ever. I will be using this facility for a long time. They even gave me a tour prior to my dog’s visit. I encourage you to take a tour to visit the best daycare and boarding facility in the Lehigh Valley🐾

They took care of my 2 babies exceptionally well. I never trust just anyone with my dogs and my bigger one is very strong and can get overly excited sometimes in transition (something I am working on) and has high energy. I did a lot of research and found them, they asked all the right questions pre-boarding and I was so impressed with them that we drove an hour to take them there instead of more local places. We will bring them back here when we go away again as it is worth that drive for us to have peace knowing they are in great hands and in beautiful accommodations. It was so clean and staff was very kind and welcoming. They even mentioned it was nice to get some Doberman time, which made my day since the breed is so often misunderstood and my dogs are sweethearts! I spoke with the owner when I originally called and she was so nice and knowledgeable about dogs in general. They posted photos on their social media of them having a great time and provided me updates when I asked. This is a really great place and I would recommend it to anyone!

I typically worry about my dog if we aren’t the ones with him. However, we boarded our dog Kash here for the weekend and I didn’t worry at all. The facilities are clean, the people are friendly and for the amenities and care the dogs receive, the price is reasonable. They even bathed him before we picked him up. I already booked him two more stays and will definitely recommend K9 Resorts to others.

One word to describe this place - Love. We truly felt the love and care of K9 Resorts in how our dogs felt from walking in and leaving. They were of course sad to leave us and happy to see us again, though you can tell they had such a great time and were well taken care of. From group play to individual play, pool time and puppy ice cream… it was a home away from home for them and we are so grateful! We can’t wait for the Sterling, VA location to open and are thrilled to know we will be back to the Bethlehem, PA location when needed.

My dogs have been going there for daycare for about 6 months. They love it & the staff are wonderful. I’ve never considered boarding my pets until we started going here. They play in daycare all day so it makes the boarding experience much more fun & engaging than most kennels.

k9 pet resort watched my dog cooper while i got married this past weekend. i was so hesitant about leaving my dog somewhere for 2 nights but was quickly reassured after a visit to the facility and the extensive information they take to get to know your pup. the facility is so clean. they took such great care of my dog and even posted the cutest photo of him in a tuxe. i called after hours and left a message for an update and they called me immediately the next day. the staff is so friendly. i will be using this place every time i need my dog watched.

I was referred to K9 by my daughter and she was absolutely right. The facility is clean and even smells like a resort. The staff is efficient, welcoming and friendly and they all seem sincerely happy to see the dogs. My pet who can sometimes be a little shy even went right in with the staff member and didn’t look back. They post pics on Facebook which allows for you to see your pet’s demeanor. My baby was smiling and happy and I was happy for her. Thank you K9. You’re the best!

K9 Resorts in Bethlehem is really a gem. My crazy dog loves it there, and always heads for the door when I ask her if she wants to go to the Resort. The place is always spotless, the staff is beyond friendly and professional. We boarded our little girl there for a week, and she was well taken care of. She enjoys full day daycare, and I never worry about her when I drop her off. Try them out. You won't be disappointed.

I cannot say enough about K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel in Bethlehem! The owner Deb is amazing and one of a kind! The staff are always nice and work quickly to get my pup into daycare of to return him to me at the end of the day! My dog is excited each and every time he goes to daycare. K9 and staff make this a wonderful experience time after time!

I use the daycare and boarding services at K9 Resorts Bethlehem, and both of my dogs, (Roddy McQueen and Bucko Taos) always look forward to their visits and stays! The staff is always courteous and friendly, and the facility is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. I know that my boys are going to be well taken care of, and happy during their stay without exception.

Probably the cleanest pet facility I have ever been to . My dogs love it. They know every puppy by name and every dog is happy to arrive ! Lots of playing , great communication, and the facility is aesthetically pleasing. So impressive , I won't be taking my dogs elsewhere ! I had peace of mind while I was away .

We board our dog here for any planned time away and use their daycare! What truly set them apart was how they stepped up during a time of need for our family, without hesitation, they were there to help and lovingly watch our dog, Richard. Their compassion, reliability, and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind during a stressful time. It’s clear that they treat every dog as if it were their own. we've been customers for 2 years now and are always so happy with the services K9 provides for our two dogs. they both enjoy going for daycare and playing with their doggie friends and the staff. we have boarded them multiple times and have no complaints. they ensure our dogs get their meals, the one gets his prescription meds and they make sure they take naps if they need. i would recommend this facility to anyone looking for somewhere to take great care of their dogs whether it be for daycare or boarding.

K9 Bethlehem is truly the best place to bring your fur babies. I’ve been bringing my two pups there regularly, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. We just boarded our golden retriever, Lennon, at K9 Pet Resorts in Bethlehem, and they were fantastic. You can tell right away that the staff genuinely loves dogs. Lennon walked in happy and walked out even happier, which tells you everything you need to know. The place is clean, the people are friendly, and they made the whole process simple. We never felt nervous leaving her there, and that’s not always the case with boarding. When we picked her up, she looked great—tired in that “I had a great time” way, not stressed at all. We’ll definitely be bringing her back. If you’re looking for a place that treats your dog like family, this is the one.

K9 Resort Bethlehem was a great experience! My dog had a small medical issues. We were ready to drop everything and get him. But the entire staff assured us that his health was their #1 concern. They were going to make sure he was fine. Which they made sure he was! Everyone was super friendly and gave us all the updates. My baby was happy and we will DEFINITELY use K9 again! Highly recommend!!!

this is the first time we have had to board our 3 pups and not have family watch them, so we were particular. We were very impressed with the intake process, the in depth questions, and the options available. we chose a private room and private play, just because ours aren't regularly around other dogs so I wanted them to be as comfortable as possible. I loved that we could get them treats and pup cups as well. The place is immaculate and beautiful and looks like a luxury hotel, as well as secure. Our pups came home well cared for and smelling fresh!!

We are new to K9 resorts luxury pet hotel, but so far are very pleased with the owner, Deb, the front line staff, and the facilities. Deb took her time to learn about our dog, provided recommendations, and assured me there was a place for him at K9 resorts. Our dog had a great time at his complimentary evaluation, and the staff was very helpful. They were kind, and checked in with me during the day to tell me how our dog was doing. We look forward to using them soon for doggy daycare and pet boarding. The facility is immaculate, and they have several options for pet boarding. 5 stars!
