We have been using K9 Resorts in Malvern for a few years now for both boarding and daycare, but more frequently in recent months because we have a new pup with lots of energy to get out. I have to say while we’ve never had a bad experience in the past, the current staff is amazing and is exceeding my expectations to the point that it’s worth raving about. I have not met one person who hasn’t been helpful, kind and personable. They all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, and the love they show for our pups is unmatched. The place is always extremely clean and well cared for. I like that they periodically send us photos of our dogs when they are there for daycare. Whether I reach out through the customer portal or email, I always get a response in a timely manner. Our boy Milo loves doggie daycare and it’s great to have a place close to home that takes such good care of him!

LOVED the princess treatment my pup, Duchess, received while boarding at K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel in Malvern. It was a last minute booking and they did not hesitate to accept her when 4 other companies turned us away. We received pics and updates daily and just knew she was in good hands from the moment we walked in. Forever grateful 🩷

We boarded our three dogs for our wedding weekend in April 2026 and loved the facility and staff! We have one pup with high anxiety, and the fact they could all three be together in one room, have one on one play time, and treats during their stay was wonderful. We will absolutely be using K9 Resorts again in the future when needed. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Fantastic friendly staff who help with last minute emergencies. My large breed Berna doodle loves going there and can’t wait to get into the playroom. I appreciate the enrichment Activities and extremely clean, hygienic facility.

We dropped off our 2 golden retrievers on the way to Cape Cod for my daughter's wedding. Both Sydnee and Sofee returned home happy campers(except the older dog gave us the cold shoulder for about and hour but then was fine. Being a veterinarian i trusted my 2 family pets with K9 Resort. definitely would leave them again

Our two Doodles just stayed at K9 during our vacation and they were very well taken care of! The special attention with daily treats and both indoor and outdoor space when it’s hot is perfect. They came home clean and freshly bathed. Thanks to Steph and Jaryn in Malvern for your great care of Stella and Elsie! 🐶🐾

We love boarding our toy poodle at K9 Resorts. Wesley does not play well with other dogs, but the staff go out of their way to play with him and keep him happy. We are always confident he will have a great time at K9.

My dog Bongo loves it here!! Honestly anytime we have to go away the only place I would consider boarding him is at k9 resort. The staff in Malvern is amazing and I know he has the time of his life as he comes home and needs to sleep to unwind from his vacation. I can’t thank you guys enough!!!!

Our dog Harper is always so excited to attend K9 resorts Malvern! We have used both daycare and boarding, and the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It’s always reassuring knowing your dog is happy and well taken care of in our absence.

We boarded our very anxious dog here for two weeks. We’ve had a few boarding experiences in the past, all of them were pretty tough and we’ve not gone back to those facilities. This was a completely different experience, the staff here is clearly well trained because our chocolate lab was obviously well taken care of. He came back to us calm and happy, with no signs of stress. I also think the price point was absolutely excellent, especially given the quality of care and the facility itself. 100% recommend.

We recently celebrated our Dolly's first Gotcha Day anniversary. K9 Resorts Malvern and the fantastic staff has played a huge role in helping Dolly come out of her shell and adjust to her new life with us over this past first year. Dolly regularly comes to small daycare and engages with the staff and other dogs. Usually Kelly or Aiden are at the front desk when we arrive for drop off and they always welcome Dolly with open arms and excitement when she rounds the corner to greet them. When we arrive to pick up Dolly, Emma, Maddie or Taryn are always there to greet us. They are always forthcoming with fun updates and pictures about Dolly's day and how she continues to come out of her shell with the staff and the dogs. We are so thankful for all of this great attention for Dolly. It goes without saying that it truly rests our mind at ease when she's welcomed so genuinely and affectionately. Thank you for all that you do for our Dolly. Keep up the fantastic work. K9 Resorts Malvern is TOP NOTCH.

Cannot say enough good things about K9 resorts. They were recommended by our vet and my kids go to Goldfish Swim. Our rescue pup has her special idiosyncrasies but all the staff have been so understanding and welcoming to her. The manager, Kelly, is especially amazing and has always been so accommodating to our pup's needs. They truly are so compassionate and you can tell how much they love the doggies as their own. Aside from the wonderful customer service, their prices are beyond fair. We have toured several other daycares for both boarding and regular day drop offs, K9 resorts by far outweighed the others in our opinion.

We were in the area for an event, and we wanted to take our dog with us. However, she can be a handful. She regularly attends a K9 Resort closer to our house, so we figured we would give this location a shot. We are so glad that we did. Coco was well taken care of, and we can tell from the report that we got that they really got to know her goofy personality during her day there. We will definitely be bringing her back next time we are in the area. Thank you so much for taking care of our crazy Coco!

Our furbabies were on vacation here while my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday! They are always excited and happy when they see the building and they are always well taken care of! I appreciate that not only are the desk staff always polite, professional, and personable but they always remember my husband and I as well as our furbabies! They can always tell us how their stay went. This is the only place we trust to care for them when we are away!!

It's unlikely that you'll ever find someone who loves your pet as much as you do -- but the crew at K9 Resorts in Malvern certainly comes close! I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is. They are so kind, always willing to answer questions, and are true dog lovers who will happily share in the laughs over your quirky doggos and puppers. The activities they plan and their social media presence goes above and beyond! Our last dog had a seizure while at daycare and they handled it like the true professionals they are - they rushed him to the emergency vet, waited with me, and followed up several times to check in on him. I can't say enough about this wonderful staff, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for boarding or daycare! Your dog will be in the best hands!

My Rosie really enjoys going to play with all her friends. She’s a shy girl but they all made her feel welcome. And as the owner of Malvern Grooms dog grooming I am pretty picky when it comes to my baby Rosie. I definitely recommend K-9 Resorts. Everyone there is so nice and friendly too.

Our 2 dogs Renny & Missy are always taken very good care of when they stay at your facility. They come home, happy and healthy and I can’t ask for more than that. Love the pictures so much and this time there were several. That means a lot to us! Debbie and Bill

Our newest edition to our family, Bailey, was brought in for an evaluation. We had to give them all the veterinary documentation ahead of time and scheduled an appointment with K9. He did extremely well and now we signed Bailey up for daycare. We are very happy. K9’s has great customer service and the staff are professional. The facility is also kept very clean and very spacious for our small dog to play around.

This is the first time I ever took my puppies to a pet resort and I made an excellent choice. This place is excellent. When you walk Into the entrance, it is very nice and pleasant. The staff is awesome. Five star rating. I recommend anybody who wants to top or not boarding or pet resort location take this place. You can’t go wrong. I will use them for as long as I have my puppies
