I have to admit I was a little skeptical taking my dog to a boarding place but after doing research and coming across k9 luxury hotel and resort, I’m happy to say I’m 1000% bringing my baby Hemi back there. They took such great care of him, he looked so happy in the pictures they sent me of him doing is little activities 😊

My grand puppies go to K9 Resort and they love it. They have made so many dog friends and get so excited when I tell them they are going to school. The staff does an exception job caring for all of our puppies. K9 has events 2 days per week and the staff makes sure all puppies have the best time ever. The pictures are the best. I look forward to going on FB and seeing all the fun the puppies have. I recommend giving K9 Resorts a try and see for yourself how great a place it truly is.

This is the third K9 Resort location we’ve gone to (others being Jacksonville & Wellington), and the quality of customer service and pet care has been outstanding at each location. The staff are extremely friendly and take the time to tell you the details of your dog’s day at daycare while giving him extra love on our way out. The beautiful lobby even smelled the exact same at each location, just like a clean hotel instead of a musty dog kennel. I’ve worked in kennels before and I can tell how clean they keep their kennels and yards based on how good he smells when I pick him up! My dog Mister Beau clearly got plenty of time to play all day, evidenced by how hard he sleeps after visiting here. 10/10 recommend the daycamp services at ANY K9 Resorts location.

We've been using K9 Resorts for the past 1.5 years for multiple short and long boarding vacations for our 3 dogs. Its very clear that they love dogs and our dogs love them. Our dogs are complicated in that they have very different feeding and medication requirements. The staff are great about keeping it all straight. Yes, they stay together in the same "suite". And they have a wonderful/secure play area that the dogs get to relax in multiple times a day. Staff have been great about making sure they're supervised if other dogs join them in daycare. And on every occasion when we've picked our dogs up they've had a bath, look great and we haven't had any problems with weight loss like we did with another location. Making reservations online is very easy and we can make them very far out on the calendar so we can finalize any plans we need for flights, hotels, etc. We STRONGLY recommend boarding your pets here. The staff will take exceptional care of them and your pets will come back healthy!

I can’t recommend K9 Resorts enough! My baby Hudson always has the most fun time ever, he can’t wait to go see all of his friends. The staff makes sure he is comfortable and playing, and the daily enrichment activities are the most adorable thing. Also, overnight boarding is also highly recommended.

We’ve used the K9 Resorts Oviedo location since they first opened, and it’s been our dog’s home away from home. I can honestly say I trust them more than any other boarding facility we’ve used. The entire team is incredibly friendly, personable, and genuinely cares about the dogs in their care. Our dog gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot, which says everything about how well he’s treated there. Knowing he’s happy and safe gives us complete peace of mind whenever we’re away. The facility is always spotless, the staff is professional, and I really appreciate their all-inclusive pricing—no surprise add-on fees like you find at so many other places. For the level of care, attention, and cleanliness, it’s an excellent value. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be loved, well cared for, and safe, I couldn’t recommend K9 Resorts Oviedo more highly.

I can't say enough great things about this place! We recently boarded our 8lb maltipoo here over the holiday weekend. She came back so happy it was obvious the staff did a fabulous job taking care of her. The two employees I met we nothing but kind and calmed my anxieties about leaving our pup for the few days. The establishment is clean and modern. So happy we found this place!!

This place is amazing. My Cavapoo is very needy and has anxiety but the staff here is so great with her. They have great communication and I trust them 100%. I truly believe that they really care about your dog and not just making money. I love the fact that they offer activities too. Highly recommend this place for daycare and boarding!

My dog had a great stay! Was very happy when we came to pick him up, but didn’t want to go. Must have had a great time! He has been here before and has always been happy. This is my go- to place for daycare and boarding. The luxury dog hotel concept is genius. Thanks for all the great experiences!!!

Our dog has so much fun at daycare. I don’t feel guilty when I spend a day out with friends. She comes home and is so tired from playing with the other dogs. I know the staff is very careful with her & their doors and fences are secure. I’m glad a friend at the dog park told me to check them out. She’s had two days there and we will be planning another soon.

The team is amazing, friendly, helpful and took excellent care of William and Petro. They kept us updated and sent photos of our boys which was very kind and appreciated. It was our first time boarding at K9 Resorts but certainly not the last! I highly recommend them. A special acknowledgement for Jeanne and Ben, who took time to review the care and attention we could expect and then more than delivered.

I've brought my dog Nia here a few times since July 2025, and every visit has been great. She's naturally shy/anxious and has never been friendly with other dogs, but the staff has been so attentive to Nia and her needs, answering all my questions and moving at Nia's pace. Thanks to Samantha and Kelsi, she's opened up, started playing with other dogs, and even made a few buddies. Seeing her confidence grow has been the best part. Highly recommend!

Our little 11 month old Jack seems to be loving his new “home away from home”.. I call and text often and the staff could not be sweeter, settling my mind and letting me know he is doing great. Staff is welcoming and loving and it shows. Thank you for all you do for Jack!

My girls have such a grand time here :) They love all of their fur friends they make in group but also LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff. They show my babies nothing but kindness, affection and so much love. Dolly & Stevie actually get so excited when they see the K9 building and pull me straight to the door. I’m happiest when my girls are happy, and K9 resorts Oviedo IS their happy place!

We love bringing our baby Clementine to k9 resorts! She comes home so sleepy and when we walk in the door she is running to go play and greet all the employees.

Luxury is the perfect word for this place! From the texts we got with updates and pictures of the pups to the exit bath that made them both smell glorious, we have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience boarding our dogs. They made new dog friends and we will definitely be taking them back for some doggie daycare play time!

As helicopter parents, we can honestly say we’ve really enjoyed bringing our dog, Mochi here. She was a bit hesitant at first, but after just a few visits, she was at the door - Godspeed. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the facility is really clean. The best parts is their Instagram posts - our family and friends always ask to see Mochi’s daycare photos when they know she’s there.
