I can’t say enough amazing things about K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel. From the moment I first brought my dog Boots in, I knew this place was something special. The facility is always clean, well-organized, and clearly run with a high level of professionalism and care. What truly sets them apart is the staff. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the dogs they care for. They treat Boots like he’s their own, and that level of love and attention gives me complete peace of mind whenever I leave him there. Boots absolutely loves going—he gets excited the second we pull up, which says everything. It’s clear he feels safe, happy, and well cared for during his stays. The team is also very accommodating, always willing to work with schedules and any specific needs, which makes the entire experience seamless and stress-free. This business is run exceptionally well, and it shows in every detail. I truly wouldn’t feel comfortable sending my dog anywhere else. If you’re looking for a place you can trust wholeheartedly with your pet, this is it.

K9 Resort is the best place you can take your dog. From daycare to boarding, they exceed expectations. The second we pull into the parking lot, Theo is so excited to go have a good time with his friends. They plan so many fun activities with them and take so many pictures. Our fridge is full of his printed pictures that they take. I know he is always in good hands. They always greet him like he is one of their own the second we walk through the door. I cannot recommend this daycare more. Thank you for taking such good care of him and being his favorite place to go during the week!

Kona absolutely loves K9 Resorts - Pompano Beach! The team here is amazing and so caring for all the pups. Their facility is very clean and safe. The seasonal events are our favorite & they do such a great job with making sure all the pups are included. Highly recommend their doggie daycare, it’s the highlight of Kona’s week!

Wonderful Place for our dog. He is stimulated and doesn't get bored there, is happy to go in and comes back without any issues. It is clean and the staff are very friendly. Great place to leave your pet. We have tried both daycare and boarding with equally great results.

We love K9 Resorts! Everyone is so friendly, they have lots of different activities every week for our dog, it is very clean inside and our dog comes home happy, clean and exhausted from all the fun she has while there. They really take good care of her as they are so caring and knowledgeable. Our dog goes there for day care and overnight care when we are on a trip. She even has some best furfriends there now. I feel completely at ease knowing that our fur baby is well taken care of while she is at K9 Resorts. The staff is awesome!

Absolutely THE best all-around doggie daycare facility: super clean with attentive, accomodating, and caring staff with weekly activities to keep your pup engaged. Truly a place you can trust and relax knowing that not only is your pup being well taken care of, but s/he is having the time of their life while there!

K-9 Luxury Suites is a great place to bring your dog . My mini Bernadoodle Storm has been coming here for doggie daycare. Everyone takes such great care of him daily. I would highly recommend this for any dog. Always having all kinds of activities. Love it! Thank you all for taking such great care of my fur baby!

This is Marleys 2nd time and I love the staffs communication with how he’s doing. They are very loving and attentive to him which is all I can ask for as a dog mom❤️ I will always highly recommend them. I added some photos of Marley during his week stay with them.

If I could give them a 20 🌟 I would. Best daycare in S Fla. the place itself is spotless. And smells like a luxury hotel. I could board myself there. A TV in each private room . They probably have dog TV. Large spacious grass areas for pups to run and play and there always staff outside watching and indoor playing with all of them. Speaking of Staff. The best of the best. There professional yet friendly And oh so accommodating. They go out of their way to plan fun events and activities for the doggies. And they run and dress up and run and chase each around and they RUN. They come home exhausted and that’s saying a lot for my 7 month old Daisy 🌼 doodle. Lastly big bonus is they shoot videos and take pictures of all the dogs. I look for Daisy 🌼 all the time. I could go on and on about K9 Dog Resort but I’m running out of space. Be good to your dog and yourself sign up today and give your dog the life they deserve.

From the first day Sadie went to day care she loved it! ALL the staff are so loving, kind and gentle with her. The first time we boarded her for several days I think I was more a wreck than Sadie, we checked social media every day and saw how happy she was with all her tail wagging friends and not to mention THE STAFF GOES BEYOND TO LOVE AND CARE FOR THEM! Now when we take Sadie she runs can’t wait to play, she loves everyone so much! We are very thankful for K9 pet resort❤️

Our dogs love this place, and everyone here loves our babies. We always know they'll be in good hands. It's one of our lab's favorite places on earth, I think. We're so so so happy that this place opened!

Amazing first experience! The staff is very passionate about dogs and they all knew my dog by name when I came to pick him up after a week of boarding. He seemed like he had a lot of fun and he was comfortable there. The facility is very clean as well.

If we could give 100 stars we would! Our dog Stanley started going to K9 Luxury Pet Hotel in Pompano a few months ago not long after we rescued him. He LOVES other dogs and we knew we needed to find a safe place for him to play and be social. We tried another daycare in the area closer to our house, but it's a really big place with so many dogs (also mixed a lot of big dogs in with the little dogs which is fine for Stanley but not ideal for everyone). We could clearly see on their webcams that staff never could give him attention with so many dogs and he never seemed excited to see any of the staff when we would walk in. Then he came home with 2 separate injuries to his feet and legs (got very cut up on something one time with both front legs bleeding, paw pads burned and bleeding a separate time) that no one caught. Took us over a week to heal him each time. We decided to switch and try daycare at k9 Luxury and off the jump we could tell he was much happier and safer here. He has now become a regular enjoying daycare a few times a week and he acts like he is getting to go to Disneyland every single time :). He gets so excited in the car and runs thru the parking lot to the front door. The staff are all incredible and provide above and beyond customer service. He literally sprints to them and celebrates seeing each of them jumping up and down when we walk through the front door, he runs down the hallway so excited when they take him to the back to his buddies. When we pick him up he goes up to every staff member to say goodbye, clearly they all take time to give real attention and love because he never did that at the other place. He is always nice and tired when we pick him up but is always in good shape without injury or issue. He has become "best friends" with many of the other regular daycare pups which we love! He boarded for a few days for his first time last week and he came home healthy and very happy, he didn't show signs of any stress and was nice and tired but not overly exhausted. We splurged on the big suite and it seems he was very comfortable. We brought him back for daycare today even though he boarded there over the weekend and he was just as excited as ever, a testament that they clearly treated him very well his entire boarding that he is still so excited to be coming back despite having just spent 5 days there. We are so grateful to all the amazing staff and to the facility for giving us a safe and fun place for him to play with his friends (dogs and staff) and a safe place to board him when we must travel. Thank you to the Staff!!! Stanley Loves You guys!!! (also, the facility itself is GORGEOUS and possibly the cleanest place I have ever seen, I'd eat food off the floor its kept so clean! Another credit to the great staff!)

We absolutely love K-9 Resort—and so do our dogs! They’re so excited to visit, they practically pull us through the door. The facility is always clean, and the staff is welcoming, friendly, and clearly attentive to every dog’s needs. A special shoutout to Lauren, the manager, who is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also has a genuine love for the dogs. It’s clear she’s trained her team well—they reflect her high standards and caring approach. While we’d love to have a camera to peek in on playtime, we never worry. We know our dogs are in great hands and having the time of their lives!

This wall says it all 👍🏻 Our family has been loyal to the K9 Resort brand for the past 5 years in Florida. This new location in Pompano Beach is amazing! The attention to detail, cleanliness and consistency of the brand’s standards are above & beyond. I picked up a clean, happy dog today who was probably sad to leave all of his new friends there 💙 human AND canines !! Kudos to the staff for their social media on Instagram - I could just scroll through and see our dog enjoying himself each day that he was there!
