I can't say enough wonderful things about K9 Resorts! Leaving my 9-year-old Yorkie Terrier mix, Jojo, while he was recovering from a broken leg was stressful, but the entire team made me feel completely at ease. They took such great care of him and were incredibly gentle and attentive to his injury. It was obvious they truly cared about his comfort and well-being. I also loved receiving the daily pictures—they gave me so much peace of mind and made my day every time I saw Jojo happy and being so well cared for. The staff was always kind, welcoming, and eager to help. A special thank you to James, the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure Jojo was well taken care of, and you can genuinely tell he loves what he does and cares deeply about every pet that walks through the door. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, and well maintained. I was amazed that it didn't even smell like a dog daycare! That alone says so much about how well they care for the facility. Thank you, K9 Resorts, for treating Jojo like family. I wouldn't hesitate to trust you with him again and highly recommend you to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pets. BTW HE SLEPT REAL GOOD AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURE!!!

Awesome place! Took my dog for an evaluation as we have a vaca coming up, and the staff was super friendly with him and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

In my experience, K9 Resorts Overland Park has been a place where I can leave my dog with complete peace of mind. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, and the facility is consistently clean and well maintained. One detail I really appreciated was receiving photos of my dog during a longer stay. It was such a thoughtful touch that gave me peace of mind and let me see that my dog was happy, relaxed, and being well cared for. It’s clear they understand how much our pets mean to us. I would definitely recommend K9 Resorts Overland Park to anyone looking for high-quality care and a team that goes the extra mile to keep pet owners informed.

Our boxer Sasha is a sensitive girl. She is dog reactive and suffers from separation anxiety. She’s an only child dog. For that reason, we were extremely nervous about boarding her for three weeks. When we took a tour of K9 Resorts in Sugar Land, we were immediately impressed. We went back several times with different questions and were more impressed every time. We thought it was a positive sign to see the same employees every time we went. The place is inviting and wonderful beyond the front office. Sasha was happy to get her butt scratches, tummy rubs, and 6 daily playtimes in addition to her medicines and supplements (administered at no extra charge) and we were thrilled to receive a report card with two photos every other day.

I was very impressed with the facility. The employees are helpful & friendly. Jamie M was very helpful & took time to make sure everything was done correctly. True customer service!

What a great first experience at this new K9 Resorts location! We’ve brought our two huskies a couple of K9 Resorts for years now and finally there’s one close to home! The staff are knowledgeable and very personable. The owner Rachel is such a warm and welcoming person and loves her dogs (and ours)! The accommodations are top tier! I highly recommend using this K9 Resorts location!

I can’t say enough good things about K-9 Resort! Our Boston Terrier, Benji, LITERALLY drags us to the door every time we pull into the parking lot. The staff knows him by name, sends the cutest report card photos, and he always comes home happy/ exhausted in the best way. As a dog mom in Stamford, it’s such a relief knowing he’s safe, loved, and playing all day instead of alone. The facility is super clean, they’re great with communication, and you can tell they genuinely adore the dogs. If Benji could write this review, it would just be 5 stars and a request for extra snacks. Thank you K-9 Resort for loving our boy

Used K9 Turnersville for the first time and truly a great experience. I had my dog Bella boarded for an overnight stay. The staff were super friendly when I arrived, and my dog immediately went into the back with them and was very happy to go. Great piece of mind, knowing that she was well taken care of.

We absolutely love K9 Resorts! From the first visit, we felt that our dog was in a safe, loving, and professional environment. The facility is beautiful, clean, and well organized, and the staff truly cares about every pup. They treated our baby with so much attention and kindness, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I loved seeing how happy and comfortable our puppy was after spending time there. Thank you K9 Resorts for treating our furry baby with so much love and kindness. We are so grateful to have found a place we can trust .

I was given a tour of the facility today with Alicia. She was very welcoming, polite, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was extremely impressed with the facility. It is incredibly clean and organized. The dogs seem very well cared for and engaged. I am moving ahead with plans to board my dogs.

All the staff members at K9 Resorts were fabulous. We couldn’t take our fur baby Tango with us on vacation, so booked him his own vacation. He gets overstimulated with a lot of dogs around him, so the staff at K9 made sure to give him 1-1 attention and tlc! And they never made us feel bad about it. If Tango wanted to play with the group they tried, and if he didn’t, that was okay too. I sent K9 texts for updates and they answered quickly. K9 has several opportunities for extra enrichment activities and they are totally worth it!! K9 Resorts is super clean, too! It smells fantastic as soon as you walk in. They fed him a sensitive stomach Salmon meal which was perfect for his diet. When we picked up Tango the staff was actually sad to see him go, which is telling of how much love they poured out to him. Now, at home, Tango has been knocked out tired - he most definitely had a GREAT time!!

Rachel & the staff here are so wonderful and passionate about the pets in their care! I couldn’t recommend bringing your pup here more highly. We call our dog’s daycare visits his spa days because he goes for the human attention as much as the social interactions with other dogs! We especially love that on hot days, they have the option to go in or outside freely to stay cool in the AC.

First time using K9 Resorts, so happy we found this place. We feel so comfortable knowing she is being cared for by such caring and professional people. Place is immaculate, staff is friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell that they truly care for the dogs in their care.

We boarded our three dogs for our wedding weekend in April 2026 and loved the facility and staff! We have one pup with high anxiety, and the fact they could all three be together in one room, have one on one play time, and treats during their stay was wonderful. We will absolutely be using K9 Resorts again in the future when needed. Couldn’t recommend them more!

As any pet owner, our puppy is one of our babies and she receives the absolute best care at K9! The staff is attentive, kind and truly love animals. The space is clean and very well maintained. We always have a great experience when we leave our puppy there.

I can't say enough great things about this place! We recently boarded our 8lb maltipoo here over the holiday weekend. She came back so happy it was obvious the staff did a fabulous job taking care of her. The two employees I met we nothing but kind and calmed my anxieties about leaving our pup for the few days. The establishment is clean and modern. So happy we found this place!!

If I could give more stars I would! Our puppy Hatha had Ana amazing experience here. The staff was so friendly and loving and took wonderful care of our sweet boy. They were in constant communication and left a pupdate daily with pictures which made us feel reassured and know he was safe and in good arms. Will definitely come back next time we are in need and will be recommending this location to all of our furry friends’ parents!
