K9 Resorts offers daycare specifically designed for dogs over 30 pounds, giving them room to move, play and enjoy an active day in a structured setting. Approved daycare guests participate in all-day group play, while dogs who are not joining a playgroup may enjoy private play sessions with a trained team member.
Before joining a playgroup, every new guest completes our daycare evaluation and integration process. This gives our team an opportunity to learn more about each dog's personality, energy level and comfort in a new environment. Dogs are introduced gradually, helping them become familiar with the resort before participating in group play.
Playgroups are organized by size, allowing larger dogs to interact with companions whose size and play style are well matched to their own. This helps create a comfortable setting where dogs can stay active throughout the day.
Indoor and outdoor play areas provide plenty of room for exercise, exploration and social interaction. Outside, K9 Grass features Microban antimicrobial technology and a proprietary drainage system, while climate-controlled indoor spaces help keep dogs comfortable year-round.
